I changed my banking details on the 09/10/2025. I went to Telkom Zevenwacht mall for them to update my banking details and was told that they will only be updated after 6 months of being active. A lady logged in to my account and gave me a ref number to use when to make a manual payment. My debit date is the 31st or 1st. I ahve been making manual payments using my bank app around 25/26 of each month since 25 October 2025. I receievd an invoce with a penalty fee or R199 and was told at the shop that my payment reflected late so I should log a dispute, which I did and a call centre agent called me for details and I assumned that my disput was approved. I received another invoce with the same penalty and I went back to log another dispute and that is when I was told I was suppose to make payments 10 days before my debit order date. I am disputing this because for the 3 months I have been making the payments, no one told me that I was suppose to pay 10 days before, even the lady that assisted me mid Jan when I I went to log a dispute
I bought a foundation from edgars online, I recieved an incorrect colour shade, when I returned it to an edgars store in zevenwacht maal, I was told to take it to Somersaet West mall or to Tygervalley Mall, I told them I will not do that as the edgars policy says an online item can be returned at any edgars store. they called a manager (Meagan) for me who told me she willnot take the foundation because i did not buy it from them. i told them the policy says i can return it at any edgars store, she was not apologetic and when I told her that, she said her name is Meagan not edgars and she is just an employee at edgars. i told her i will not go home with the foundation as it isnot what i ordered.
I bought an estee lauder double wear foundation from edgars online and selected store collection which i collected at Edgars Zevenwacht Mall. I received an incorrect colour shade. When I returned the goundation at Edgars, i was told that I need to take it back to edgars Somerset West or Tygervalley and I told them I wil not do that because the edgars online purchase policy says you can return an item at any edgars store. THey then calle dthe manager who is Meagan who did not evenn acknowledge that edgars was at fault for giving me an incorrect colour, she said she is not edgars and only works for edgar. i told her I will not take the foundation because it is not what I ordered and what I paid for. She has not customer service ethecis, did not even apologise. left the foundation with her as I told her i can not take it back because it's not what I ordered.
I made a payment on the 04 Aug 2025 towards my credit card which decreased my outstanding balance. Today I contacted FNB via secure chart and was assisted by Tahera who was not patient, referred me to a statement and I told her i was told at the branch that my instalment would be less and that end of August I would not be billed because I made a payment in advance. Tahera was rude and not patient. I asked her to get someone to call me and he/she told me i must be the one calling, I told her that there are agents who call me when I need assistance, Tahera literally end the coversation before i could get any assistance or even asnwer all the questions I had. tahera, sent me messages that end the conversation without asking if i am satisfied or what so ever...
I would like to give thanks to Kaleb and the Lady Manager who I didn't take her name and Capitec Bank Zevenwacht mall outside not the one close to FNB. Their service was top notch and they were able to assist me the soonest.
I saved my money with old mutual tax free investment. on the 9th July 2025 I tried to withdraw money using the app and the withdraw button was greyed out. i went to their branch where i was told i would get my money in 5 days. Today is day 5 and have not received my money and it is not even appearing on their app anymore and yet not in my account. It’s a struggle to get through to the correct person to assist telephonically, they transfer you back and forth. I was told my money is with group scheme, i don’t know how but somehow no one is able to transfer me to that Dept. One of the people saw my complaint and said would call me, till today, no money and no phone call. I will never ever invest with old mutual. i should be able to get my money anytime as it is a savings investment, i don’t know where the 5 days came from.
I have a savings investment with Old mutual, I have been trying to withdraw money from it using their app, the withdraw button is disabled on the app. I have been on a call with old mutual call centre for almost an hour being transferred to different departments where i am told my money is with Group scheme and will be transferred to that department and still get transferred to an incorrect dept. Last person i spoke to not sure if she said her name is Nabina but hang up on me when i waited to be transferred again Old mutual I want my money as in today.

I had an issue with my premium that was a bit high for me seeing that I want to add more items to the cover and he managed to decrease it by R127. Big thanks to you sir for promptly responsind and assisting me. You kept the King Price promise
Their website states that a Finger Wave Pixie - Natural Colour is R500. I sent a friend of mine to go buy it for me and she was told its R650. She called me while at the shop and they told me its R650 I regard this as false advertising as their price is different from what their website says. They told me to check facebooka nd I told them I rely on their site not facebook, what if I didn't have a facebook account.
