1st and last time supporting this supplier...never again

I have bought almost a substantial amount of stock from supplier it was the 1st time and definitely the last time. They charged me R1400 for overnight service from cape town to margate with a courier company.....which never ended being an overnight service....i only received it a a normal courier delivery.....i asked to be refunded for a service not rendered....after i have made numerous calls to courier company and supplier i was advised by both there is no such thing as an overnight to my area ....i am in a regional area.....the supplier billed me for my courier fees sinse he has an account tmwith the couriers.....he advised that he will have to be refunded by the courier guy 1st before he can refund me....courier company advised me it takes 42 to 72 hrs for refund....on daily basis been following up with supplier ....response...nothing yet from courier.....this is up to date 2 weeks going on 3rd week....2nd problem all stock received from supplier all had only handwritten stickers on with product name......no description of product..no how to use...no safety precautions..no data sheets...no no how to store....all mostly packed in see through plastic packets....in these packets there was products like soda ash (potash), potasium hydroxide , caustic acid (lye) and plenty other products, also products that is there own mixed for soap making supplies...with absolutely no description of what is in these mixes ...as well as a perfume base also no description of what is in those mixes and how to use and store absolutely no data sheets.....it took me days to get 2 recipes for 2 of their self mixed soap bases and a week for the 3rd base.....perfume base i was shouted at and was said i am accusing them .of what not sure...i asked to know how to use their perfume base and to explain what else i needed to get to actually usr this....it is apparently a new range and as from my point of view i dont think they even know them themselves......also just a bottle with a sticker on saying perfume base and thats where it has ended As a supplier of soap manufacting goods there should be some law on how thing should be labelled...packaged....and stored....this is the 1st supplier i have come accross who does such unprofessional packaging and distribution and then also have now telephone manners towards their clients....
