The Eisbein served was overcooked and served only slightly warm. The sauerkraut was served cold on a wintery day instead of hot. The pizza dough was not mixed properly nor was it cooked. The wines were fairly young. The host was exceptional and the staff were efficient and very friendly. The atmosphere was good The Cordon Bleu was okay. Maybe we went on the wrong day but I was disappointed.
