Africasino is a scam Stay AWAY

This is the worst casino ever I have paid money into the africasino.co.za account as it is a registered online casino company during lockdown there was so much restrictions imposed on us therefore this online gaming kept me entertained. The withdrawl policy states that it takes up to 5 days to recieve a withdrawl if all documents are submitted. It's been 1 week already I still did not recieve my payment or any communication. When I log onto the live chat and request assistance all they say is that the financial team is busy uploading my documents. What is the hold up I have screenshots of each and every conversation including the withdrawl policy. This is making me believe this was a scam I just want to warn everybody never to deposit money into this account I am still awaiting payment i dont even know if I will ever get it
