They are the absolute pits. They advise you that they're migrating to Frogfoot and need access to your home on a specific date. You take off work and wait for them to arrive only to find out late morning that the date has been changed to two weeks later.

They are the absolute pits. They advise you that they're migrating to Frogfoot and need access to your home on a specific date. You take off work and wait for them to arrive only to find out late morning that the date has been changed to two weeks later.

1. The day that Alone and Oscar came spoke to Dr they said that she can get the system for R700.00 a month. 2. They said not a word about the insurance until the system was installed. 3. The system is not fully functional yet. 4. They came here with a letter and agreement that needed to be signed and all of a sudden there is an insurance that also needed to be paid a month, Dr wasn’t happy with it as she weren’t informed of the extra costs, then they said that they will pay the insurance and as soon as the equipment is paid then they will come and cancel it and we would never hear from the insurance again Dr said that she wants it in writing and Oscar wrote the letter please see attached. 5. I feel that the whole setup wasn’t communicated right to Dr and wasn’t handled correctly. 6. Alone said he is just a phone call away and he will do the running around for us. 7. Alone also told Dr that she must keep quiet of the insurance that he will lose his job. 8. Alone also said that he will pay the 1st instalment of the internet as thank you. 9. Dr clearly said to Alone that she don’t want to pay for everything over R1000.00 a month. And already it’s close to R2000.00. 10. Dr is not happy and if this is not sorted out she will take the matter further because the committed fraud in giving false information. 11. Dr is still waiting since last year for everything to work, which still not working correctly. 12. Dr paid an additional amount of R2500.00 for a voicemail card and it’s still not working correctly.
