Great experience, but communication needs work

Was concerned after hearing some very negative reviews, and then had a bit of difficulty getting updated information about our tour from the company, but in the end we did the “Down South” tour with them in May this year, and absolutely loved every minute of it.

They definitely do need to work on their communication and customer service on the admin side of things, but the actual experience on tour is excellent.
