Bad management & living conditions
The Encore Apartment is a very bad apartment to live in. Management is very very bad. Issues such as water and electricity are not handled with urgency. I didn’t have water for 3 days, and no one helped, securities said there is no one to call if there’s issues like that, claimed they don’t work for Africrest so they are involved. Many people have issues with blocked showers, electricity and water and no one is helping.

This allows our on-site team to monitor progress and ensure that issues are resolved as quickly as possible. If a request was not logged through this process, our team may unfortunately not have been aware of the matter.The Encore is home to many residents who enjoy the community and facilities, and we are committed to maintaining a positive living experience for everyone.
