I’ve lived here for over 2 years and have seen both the bad and the good. In the beginning while Phase 2 was still new, we experienced power and water outages and management wasn’t always very responsive. However, things have improved a lot. The current management is extremely quick to assist. I usually get help assigned within minutes, even on weekends. Big shoutout to Bongumusa for the positive changes and his proactiveness. Noise levels are more controlled, rules are clearly displayed and enforced, and the complex is well maintained and clean. The only downside is occasional phone snatching in the area, which is more a Johannesburg issue than a building problem. Overall, a much better experience now. The improvement in management and maintenance has made a big difference.
