I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service and the durability of the product. After only seven years, my shower began to leak. I was unable to identify the source of the leak for two years, but eventually discovered that the marble had developed significant holes (large enough for my finger to fit). It is clear that the waterproofing was not performed correctly, which led to the leak, but that is not the main issue! The marble itself has failed. When I contacted Afrigran, the representative stated that it is a natural product. I requested that they send someone to assess the problem. They agreed to do so three weeks ago, but I have received no follow-up. They also asked me to send pictures via WhatsApp and promised to provide their WhatsApp number, but again, I have heard nothing. Afrigran, this level of service is unacceptable, and I will not engage with you again!
