Terrible company, I had to close my business and sell 2 of my vehicles. Car Track would not give me a fair settlement and insists I carry on with the full 3-year contract. Never again will I deal with Car Track again
I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service and the durability of the product. After only seven years, my shower began to leak. I was unable to identify the source of the leak for two years, but eventually discovered that the marble had developed significant holes (large enough for my finger to fit). It is clear that the waterproofing was not performed correctly, which led to the leak, but that is not the main issue! The marble itself has failed. When I contacted Afrigran, the representative stated that it is a natural product. I requested that they send someone to assess the problem. They agreed to do so three weeks ago, but I have received no follow-up. They also asked me to send pictures via WhatsApp and promised to provide their WhatsApp number, but again, I have heard nothing. Afrigran, this level of service is unacceptable, and I will not engage with you again!
Unfortunately, my recent experience with this company has been deeply disappointing. I brought in my battery pack for repacking, initially paying a fee of R150 to assess whether the service could be provided. After the evaluation, I was informed that the total cost for repacking would amount to an additional R750, to which I readily agreed. However, the situation escalated when I was unexpectedly asked to pay the remaining balance before any work commenced. This request struck me as unreasonable, particularly since it had not been communicated upfront. The representative insisted that I either settle the full amount or forfeit the R150 fee and retrieve my battery pack. To add to my frustration, the tone of the communication I received was far from professional. When I attempted to express my concerns over the phone, I encountered a dismissive attitude. Eventually, I was given the option to pay the total amount or collect my unit, with the promise of a refund for the initial charge—a resolution that felt inadequate. I proposed a compromise, offering to pay R500 upfront and settle the balance upon collection. Regrettably, my offer went unanswered, leaving me feeling undervalued as a customer. In conclusion, this experience has highlighted significant areas for improvement in customer service and communication within the company.
It took ages for the order to arrive, and when it finally arrived, the TV remote did not work at all, and the drinks holder switch was broken. The clips holding it onto the vent broke off before I could even use it. Contacted support twice and they are saying that they are waiting for the supplier. The order cost me R750 and I got nothing that works in return, I would not recommend anyone to use this company, Temu's service is way better.
I purchased a Dyson submarine from Hirch's uMhlanaga 4 months ago. The mop packed up this week and I took it back to Hirch's only to be told that it had to be sent back to Cape Town for assesment and it will take at least 10 days to repair! The Dyson rep at the store says that the electric mop section has no warranty. Dyson, this sort of service messes up your name and reputation. I am now totally unimpressed with the purchase. I would not recommend anyone to buy this product and rather buy a stand-alone mop from a reputable company that stands by its products and warranties timeously. To pay close on 15k for a vacum cleaner andf have this type of after sales service is totally unacceptable, I will be taking this to the consumer council.
I tried your Fastway's whatsapp help but after holding on waiting for over 15 minutes I gave up and decided to post it here: The Fastway driver dropped off my parcel today, I instructed him to reverse out towards the gate and the sensors would open the gate, I then went back inside my office. The driver did not listen and just hooted and hooted, not bothering to get out of the vehicle and come and talk to me, eventually, he stood at the gate and shouted for me to open. I find this to be extremely disrespectful and unacceptable 1G0000203836
A lot of the stuff is cheaply made and junk, and the products are a hell of a lot smaller than what they look like on their adverts. I am closing my account and will never buy from them again
Booked a scheduled ride last night for a guest to be taken to the airport for 05h15 this morning, Bolt order did not arrive, then the tried to charge me R57 cancellation fee!!!!!! I managed to get that reversed but no compensation or future discount was offered to me for the inconvenience on both my and my guest's behalf. They often drop people off here and claim to have no change and the guests have no option but to let the driver keep the change. This is a cheap company and it shows, the quality of their vehicles are also questionable.
The packets have got so small and the prices have gone up, no longer value for money
The most terrible service I have had in my life. Took 5 months to come out for a warranty check on a fridge with a 10-year warranty. Was told because I took the sticker off of the front of the fridge, the warranty could not be honered. Until after days and days of fighting, it was eventually covered, but still had to pay for everything else, excluding the compressor itself. Lost all of my deep freeze contents and am still waiting for the return of my fridge
