I ordered a solar controller from them in October 2025. Never received the item as it was sent to the state warehouse for refund. They never answered my e- mails through the whole process and now I can not get hold of them for my refund. This is very UNPROFESSIONAL. I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I am out of pocket for R1300.00! Placed order on the Evertrend website on 3/11/2025 and paid through the Payfast portal. Didn't hear anything, not even an order confirmation email, so emailed them on 12/11/2025 through the website to follow-up. I received a reply from Alyssa blaming Buffalo Logistics for the delay but she didn't give me a tracking number so I couldn't contact Buffalo directly. Couldn't get to speak to a human at Evertrend on the phone number provided on the website as it went to an answering service message every single time. All other emails I sent went unanswered. Now I see that their website is a blank page, advertising that they are "Opening Soon". I wish I had taken the time to read a few reviews before placing my trust in Evertrend.co.za. Please don't get caught like I did if they ever re-open.

Do not do business with this company! I bought an item on 3 October 2025 and received nothing. Now all of a sudden I am getting an email after so many queries that the company is in Liquidation!

100% a ****. Went to find them at their address at 50 Constantia Blvd, and the security told me that they have never been at that address and they have people coming to them all the time. Many have lost thousands of Rands, some have been ****med out of over R100k!!! I'm lucky that I only lost R277. Today their site says "Coming Soon" - I really hope that they have been caught!
