Lost Medical File
<p>I was involved in a car accident in 2014 and fractured my neck and spine. I was hospitalised for 2 days and had to wear a neckbrace for about 2 months.</p> <p> </p> <p>My attorneys are busy with my Road Accident Fund and have struggled to get hold of my hospital records for months. I took upon my self to try and push this as we only have limited time to lauch a claim. It's been months now and I'm told that the hospital cannot get hold of my file and the Road Accident Fund cannot accept any claims if there are no hopital records.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel so frustrated and helpless as I will loose my cliam if I do not get hold of this information in time and find it very disturbing that a great hospital such as Glynwood can be so careless with Patients information espacially an MVA case .</p> <p> </p> <p>If there's anyone who can help me please do as I am running out of time.</p>
