Subscription Cancelation
I have cancel my subscription and deleted my account and they are still trying to debit money out of my account. There is no way to make contact with them. I am disappointed in the fact that they are still trying deduct money

Terrible website. It does not show where the singles live and there is no support system in place. They take your money and you never hear from them again. Stay far away. This is a scam!!!

The site works fine but, as soon I made my payment I could not access the site anymore. I followed the procedure to put in a complaint and asked for help to resolve the issue. The automated response was delivered almost immediately, telling you they have 48 hours to resolve any issues and then nothing happens. You pay for a certain period of time and they automatically repeat it if you do not stop it ahead of time. I can however now not do that, since the website don't regocnise my email or user ID. The datingsite claims to be afrikaans and for a certain age group....goue oues( golden oldies) but they are all linked to other sites. Think twice before joining.
