The good, the bad and the ugly....Snatcher.
Take care when using this service. I was sceptical so only made a small purchase the first time and it went excellent, waited a bit long, but everything was good. Then I decided to buy a bit more and that was a big mistake. They order their stuff from suppliers in China, it takes weeks and tracking is useless as you do not know what will be in an order. I got my order is 2 different packages send a week apart with absolutely no indication of what the contents is supposed to be. So there is an item missing and I have absolutely no proof, except the pictures I took of the first package that was partially opened. Do yourself a favour and rather use another online service or just give your money to someone who need it, because these guys do not care about there esteemed customers!🤔

Venntro and Afrikaanse singles
Venntro is the people taking the payments you need to use datingsites like afrikaanse singles, in my case the "goue oues". Not a bad site, but to have full function of the application you need to subscribe to premium membership and pay for it. My problems started right after my payment went through. I contacted Venntro support and promptly recieves an automated response, think 6 of them by now! Still nothing else is being done. I should cancel the service on their website signing in with my user ID, which is now not recognized by the site, so they will take the next payment automatically. Beware of these sites, most of them are owned by the same company.

Afrikaans singles datingsite
The site works fine but, as soon I made my payment I could not access the site anymore. I followed the procedure to put in a complaint and asked for help to resolve the issue. The automated response was delivered almost immediately, telling you they have 48 hours to resolve any issues and then nothing happens. You pay for a certain period of time and they automatically repeat it if you do not stop it ahead of time. I can however now not do that, since the website don't regocnise my email or user ID. The datingsite claims to be afrikaans and for a certain age group....goue oues( golden oldies) but they are all linked to other sites. Think twice before joining.
