i ordered a bag on their amonet.co.za website and performed an immediate payment afterwards. After about 2 days the order status was still ' Payment Confirmed'. Decided to then followup on in the order via the Whatsapp support line, only to be told that the product was not available in the color I wanted. So big issues right here. 1. I'm not sure why the product (Specifically the product color) was not displayed as 'out of stock' on the website, or there shouldn't even be an option to buy it if there wasn't any available? and 2. Why it took 2 days AND a follow-up for someone to notice this
