I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Afrimart. We placed an order for industrial washing machines on the 18th of October 2024, with the understanding that they would arrive by the 10th of December. However, after numerous delays, we only received the machines on the 8th of January 2025 – over a month later than initially promised. The issues did not stop there. First, there were serious oversights on their part, including failing to include delivery charges on the invoice. When this was pointed out, they requested additional funds for delivery, which was both unexpected and unprofessional. Furthermore, we were overcharged for installation – it was 3 times the amount originally quoted, which was both frustrating and unjustifiable. What made matters worse was the lack of accountability. Despite multiple attempts to address these issues with their salesperson, Amos Ntoagae, as well as the store managers, Ranvir Singh and Andy Weng, no one was willing to take responsibility or offer a satisfactory resolution. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating, and the service we received was abysmal. I would not recommend Afrimart to anyone. The lack of professionalism and accountability, coupled with the delayed delivery and overcharges, makes for a very poor customer experience. I regret doing business with them and will be looking elsewhere in the future.

Good Day My name is Elizabeth Nomthandazo Mene, Owner of House Of Thandolu Aka Thandolu Beauty Salon. I've purchased an Oil Extractor Machine through Afrimart, The Machine only worked on 2x occasions and the Company doesn't have any Product Knowledge on the product its selling. I've contacted the Company several times for assistance until now they are not answering calls nor responding to my messages and its less than 6 Months having this Machine which was a drag to get it delivered. I would like you to help me get a full refund on this Product because it looks like they sold me a 2nd Hand item pretending it was new. I have orders but can't process them now my Business is suffering because of this. Kind Regards Elizabeth Nomthandazo Mene 078 142 5836 Get Outlook for Android

On the 21st November 2023, we placed the order for the 2 Wheel Tractor and the accessories from Afrimart after we came to enquire and establish if there is any after sale support on the 1st of November 2023. We were told by their sales Agent (Thomas Baloyi) that yes indeed Afrimart have the required skills/knowledge to provide such a service, and they have sold many of this equipment before. The equipment arrived in January 2024, and we requested Afrimart to assemble and test as per the agreement we had when we came to inquire. After the equipment was assembled, we were called to come and collect. We went for the collection, and we requested for the Tractor to be tested. Only to find out that Afrimart had no knowledge of the product in question as it was wrongly assembled. Couple of the components were wrongly fitted. The Tractor was then tested by the Sales Agent and as he tried to increase the speed by changing the gears, the Tractor activated a dead stop and failed. It did not start any more after this incident and we left it to be repaired. We requested that it must be fixed before we can collect it. A month later (February 2024) we were told that it is fine, we can collect. On arrival, we requested for another test. As Thomas try to test it again, the Tractor started at high speed and overpowered him crashed into the building breaking the control handles and deformation/bend which is visible on the main frame in front and the damage on the light. We left it again to be repaired. we came again in April 2024 and Thomas was no longer comfortable to test it after the previous incidents. Finally, he tested it with the store owner and after several attempts. We took the tractor and when we got home, I started it, as I put it on forward drive it activated the break. I reported the matter, and I was requested to test it again and sent the video. I did exactly as I was requested by Afrimart service personnel. Then we agreed that I must bring it back. Upon arrival I found the new service Manager and I reported the matter. He told me that he will organize Mechanic to check it. I did a follow-up, and he said it is fine. I told him that we don’t want it anymore after several attempts to address the problems. To make it worse the manual was written in Chinese. Every time we experience the problem, they will have to contact someone in China for assistance. I was then told that they will have to sell it first and take 20% from my money. I made a follow-up in May 2024 regarding the payment, and I was told I must wait for June 2024. In June I made another follow-up, I was then told the tractor has damaged the gearbox, I must write the email. I did as was told and I never got any feedback going forward. Afrimart must payback my money. I cannot be used as a scapegoat for them selling item they don't have experience on and failing to declare from the onset , they sold us a lie .

Advertise items (5kW solar system with panels, inverter and battery) for R2318.00 and after placing an order for 3 systems and pay for it they come back with saying that it is impossible to supply it and the battery alone is more than R15000.00.

I ordered a bag on their amonet.co.za website and performed an immediate payment afterwards. After about 2 days the order status was still ' Payment Confirmed'. Decided to then followup on in the order via the Whatsapp support line, only to be told that the product was not available in the color I wanted. So big issues right here. 1. I'm not sure why the product (Specifically the product color) was not displayed as 'out of stock' on the website, or there shouldn't even be an option to buy it if there wasn't any available? and 2. Why it took 2 days AND a follow-up for someone to notice this
