Poor service
After receiving notifications for 3 days in a row that my parcel is being delivered on those days, I still haven't received my package and 3 days wasted waiting at home for the delivery.

Poor service
Don't respond to email. Poor telephonic system, not helping or rude assistance when you do get connected. Very unhelpful poor service.

Advertising items without stock...
Advertising items and after notification that there is NO stock, they still advertise the item... Now I still struggle to get my money back. Extremely POOR service.

Advertising items as available but NO stock
They advertised LiFePo4 batteries on Bobshop. I ordered and paid, received notice that it is being dispatched. The next day everything is cancelled as they dont have stock. The joke is it is still being advertised as available, and not only one adverti*****t but 2. I still struggle to get my money back from Bobshop...

Advertise items (5kW solar system with panels, inverter and battery) for R2318.00 and after placing an order for 3 systems and pay for it they come back with saying that it is impossible to supply it and the battery alone is more than R15000.00.

****ty food.
Waited nearly an hour for our food. When my nachos came it was a plate of stale chips with dried out cheese and chicken biltobg on top. The cream and quacamole was about a teas**** ful. The owners should be ashamed of themselves to present their customers with such food. Although it was new years day they were not that busy.

Below standard!
Poor service at its best! First the tomato coctails were off busy fermenting. BB date on it July this year. Rest of drinks served in drips and drabs. Chips were baked in OLD oil and tasted horrible. Chicken burgers ****, buns stale and chicken rubbery. I nearly finished my meal before one of the kiddies received her saucer size pizza. Ablutions smelled like old smelly baby diapers. Never again...

Helping hands or bands helping themselves
Bought some furniture from them. Apparently sold to somebody else again. So sorry. Cant be refunded. Dont support, as it it is supposed to be part of Helping Hands but it doesnt look like it.
