Selling **** Machinery

Good Day

My name is Elizabeth Nomthandazo Mene, Owner of House Of Thandolu Aka Thandolu Beauty Salon.

I've purchased an Oil Extractor Machine through Afrimart, The Machine only worked on 2x occasions and the Company doesn't have any Product Knowledge on the product its selling.

I've contacted the Company several times for assistance until now they are not answering calls nor responding to my messages and its less than 6 Months having this Machine which was a drag to get it delivered.

I would like you to help me get a full refund on this Product because it looks like they sold me a 2nd Hand item pretending it was new. I have orders but can't process them now my Business is suffering because of this.
