Paid for Machine no Order Confirmation or ETA of delivery.

I have order the All in one AI Washing Machine 5kg from Afrismile. I have not received any order confirmation nor did I receive when my machine will be delivered and I paid for it online. I have called and mailed to the numbers provided and whatt's app proof of payment but no one seems to be getting back to me.

I need to know as I paid R599.00 for this machine, when will i receive it and does this place even exist.

I do not even have an e-mail address for them
