Dear Hellopeter It is with a sad heart that I have to expose Budget Insurance on behalf of my mother Pearl Emerald Zeeman, who is a pensioner and has been paying insurance with Budget Insurance for 10 years. On the 05/12/2025 a vehicle drove into her causing damage to he Vehicle by a 3rd party. Budget insurance has been given all the information relating to the accident. Budget Insurance expects her to pay R7,000.00 excess fee, and yet the driver who drove into her should be held liable for the excess fee not my mom Pearl Zeeman, as all relevant information was given to them. Budget Insurance is still sitting with her vehicle expecting a R7,000.00 excess fee from a pensioner who has been paying insurance for 10 years and this being the first claim, since she has the vehicle. I feel the driver who caused this accident should be held liable for the excess fee or Budget should waiver the excess fee after paying so long insurance clearly it has made up for a new car. Vehicle information at Budget: Reg No.: CA378098, Nissan, Engin No. K7MF71OUJ48694. It is now more then a month and she is still waiting for her vehicle to be repaired and Budget should be claiming excess fee from the 3rd party of which they have all information of. Dear Sir / Madam I find this extremely uphauling that Rylands cannot make an acception for Imaad Petersen. Where must we go look now for a place for him, this time of the year. Students from other areas are getting first privilege and this is ************** towards us, as 4 schools rejected his application what happened to children’s education when they not even being considered any longer for a better future. This makes children despondent from going to school especially if their hearts are set on attending a certain school because he has an older brother on the school. I need contact information for higher authority because I refuse to accept no for an answer after we been dealing with this for so long. Rylands High School is the closest school and all students living close buy should be considered first. I find it hard to believe that 4 schools rejected his application. Please we need some urgent assistance in this regard and I appeal to Rylands High School to reconsider his application as he will be going to High School 2026 and needs to be accepted close to home, and students residing in the area should have first option in being accepted for what purpose or reason was he not accepted I do not know, when all paperwork and forms was sent through, only to come back saying not accepted. <p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I have reason to believe that someone has taken 2 contracts our on my name with Cell C. I discovered this in May 2016 and have brought it to the attention to Cell C at the time of discovering this, and have just recenly found out that naother Iphone has been taken out on my name with out my knowledge. Cell C has debited my Bank account and thus far not refunded me as promised and they are still debiting my account and in this process my bank account is going in a negative amount because of unauthorised debit orders going of. Cell C has also blocked my current contract which is almost paid up, and have advised that this will be unblocked before the end of the day. I have no way getting through to Cell C I have spoken to Khule at the escalations department ********** and he is very unhelpful. How is it that someone working in Cell C can take out 2 contracts on my name without my signature. Please hello peter please help.
