Good day Can the person who’ll address this not joke about this as this is a serious matter which affects us as employees This “claw back “ is messing with our livelihoods What’s a claw back? What are we hired to do? Make sales , get paid and pay back the company the commission that was paid to us if the client does not pay? Why are we being penalised for something that’s beyond our control ? We are being taken for a ride that’s ******** or is it because we are black ? Cause I mean there’s no white person on the floor.
Last time the same thing was addressed and the conclusion was that they won’t be any clawbacks and out of nowhere the clawbacks are back again can management take us serious for once and treat us like normal people cause we are now being treated like lunatics ,we are being told this and that and why are contracts always being amended by mouth why are our rights as employees are being overlooked
And when one raises these things with management they tell you there’s the door it’s either you adjust or leave the company is this how employees should be treated? So I think the best way out will be inviting Department of Labour and X and tag MTN surely they’ll listen to us without making a mockery of us
Cause by the look of things this thing only affects Afrizone Agents as a whole it was first Vodacom now MTN so clearly this is implemented by Afrizone and not MTN AND VODACOM
