Empty promises

I ordered online through the Afros App and choose delivery this was Afros Hillcrest, estimated delivery time was 45 minutes I waited the whole day till the next day contacted the store they said they don’t delivery I sent them screen shots of the option delivery written on their app and they promised refund but I never got refund or the food.
