Card worked as advertsied in the beginning in 2026. My card expired in July 2024. Not able to get hold of anybody to get a new card. All contact details and apps are bogus. Avoid at all costs.

this to state Agility gap cover doesn't assist any client or member, there is contact number that you can't get throw, why do you have gap cover and there is nobody to assist you with anything, but they sell the gap cover

What a useless company to deal with. No customer service at all. Contacted them on 04 Feb 2025 to transfer my funds to my new card and 3 weeks later this has not been done yet. So I decide to cancel my Agility Health Debit Card on the 19th Feb 2025. They indicated it will take 1 month for the notice period. 1 month passed I enquire again about my money to be refunded they told me they did not received my documents, which I did send to them which my debit order was already cancelled. Then their new story is they will take it to higher management and come back with a comment. Now one month passed again and now they are ignoring my emails. This means they are *****ing people's money as they refuse to refund your money. I regret the day I ever done business with these ****ming ******. How this business still exist is really weird. Everybody who have a Debit Card with these ****mers will lose all their money guaranteed.

Absolutely useless company. We have been trying to cancel our Agility Health card account with them for months now, have filled in numerous cancellation forms and hey are still taking our money every month. We cannot get our contributions out of them at all and they just never answer customer queries. DO NOT make use of them, completely useless card and one can never get hold of a person to sort out any issues. They are now *****ing our money!

Absolutely useless company. I am not surprised by the large number of dissatisfied customers and how this company stays in business is a miracle. After a long battle to have my card renewed - a simple operation that Agility should take care of automatically - I finally received my card after two odd months of back and forth emails but had to wait another month for the funds from the old card to be transferred to the new one... once again something Agility should take care of. Since then none of my salary deductions to Agility have been transferred to my card! I had no other option but to cancel my card which they say will take up to 30 days... if not longer.

I am not surprised by the large number of dissatisfied customers and how this company stays in business is a miracle. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Agility Health. I had continuous problems with my Medical Savings Card—specifically the PIN, which never worked despite multiple resets (each of which I was charged for, even though they failed). After weeks of back-and-forth emails, I had to calculate and prove, using my own records and debit orders, that funds from my previous card were not transferred to the new one. Only after my efforts was the money eventually moved over—something Agility should have picked up themselves. Due to all the frustration and lack of support, I cancelled my account on 14 April 2025. I completed and submitted all requested forms and documents immediately. I received confirmation that my cancellation was sent to the accounts team—but since then, nothing. I followed up again on 20 April asking about the refund of my remaining balance. Today is 2 May and I still have not received any refund, nor any proper feedback. This experience has been completely unacceptable. I feel let down, ignored, and forced to escalate the matter to external authorities. Agility's lack of accountability and customer care is truly disappointing.
