The worst service ever 1st to deduct your money but do not allocate it to your health card.

No delivery
I sent a parcel on the 28/11/2023 it arrived in jhb the 29/11/2023 to be deliverd in Pretoria it reurend back to Pretoria hub with no delivery it went out again for delivery only 1 December 2023 and returend back again. COURIER GUY contact the client 0n 1 December 2023 and promised it will be deliverd the following day. It is the 4th of December 2023 21:00 and no delivery. It been sent out end came back to PTA HUB once again.

Medihelp incompetence and bully attitude
Medihelp insist to make use of medipost for chronic medication or you need to pay a copayment of 60% but do not have a service provider do in Harrismith. I need to travel 90km to the nearist drop of point. I need medication and it do not get to me in time because of this forcing of using a service that medihelp can't support. If you do a complaint on the website and submit it it say sory sirvice not avalable.
