Bad experience

Hidden costs and incorrect dates I booked for dates in March but when booking was processed it was done for April. Now I am told that I have to give proof. What proof can I give when all my searches was for March 2026. Now they say the money is non refundable and the date cannot be changed. Besides that whilst they claim to be the most competitive, they hide the costs in fine print that you must pay to the hotel directly. When you add these costs then it is much more expensive than booking.com and other more reliable sites. I booked accommodation in Canada in 2024 and the place did not exist. Bottom line they don't verify the places they list. Do not trust fully. Check, check, check.
