Refusal to refund on their error

Agoda and Seasons Golf Estate are refusing to refund my money on a cancellation that happened because they cancelled my other booking. I booked two rooms in October for 31-2 December 2025, and I paid, then after I got an email that the one room was mistakenly made available to me, and that it is actually not available, so because I needed both rooms I had to cancel the other one as well and now they are refusing to refund me money, since November 2025.
