Agrimax Greenhouses agreed to sell a Herblands Greenhouse to me on the 1st of April 2025. The Greenhouse can be viewed on their website. https://www.agrimaxgreenhouses.co.za/ On the 2nd of April 2025 I paid the full amount of R40 090.00 which included delivery and installation for Saturday the 5th of April 2025. On the 4th of April 2025, I received correspondence from a Courier Company which requested an additional amount of R11 850-00 for so called GIT INSURANCE. This was never part of the agreement and at no stage was this discussed with me. Due to the failure of AGRIMAX GREENHOUSES to abide by our agreement and Invoice I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. I was promised a refund by the 18th of April 2025. To date they have ignored all communication. No refund has been received. See the reply I received on the 4th of April 2025 below. We are now proceeding to lay a complaint at the Consumer Protection Tribunal and continue with civil action against AGRIMAX GREENHOUSES.

I recommend that you coordinate with the courier to ensure your greenhouse is delivered and installed tomorrow. Alternatively, we can wait for Denver to come back and then proceed with the refund.
