My order was placed and paid for on; 2026-02-14. To date VYNZO has not provided any feedback on who the shipping company is and when the parcel will be delivered. First, they captured the delivery address wrong. It took them two days to sort this out. The parcel was then confirmed for delivery on Thursday the 5th of February. On the 6th of February, the driver phoned me, asking me to confirm my delivery address. Turns out he is in Pretoria. So, they did not correct the delivery address two days before. Today is the 9th of February. I still do not have my parcel. The contact numbers on the website does not exist. The cell number goes to voicemail. What a disgrace. Please do not use this company.
<div>On the 22. Nov 2025, I purchased 8 AluWood panels from WoodUpp®AluWood. On the 25th of November 2025, I still had no communication from WoodUpp®AluWood with regards to the delivery. I send an email to WoodUpp®AluWood requesting feedback. Lizzie replied to my email and instructed me to use the website to pay for orders. I informed her that I had paid already and asked her to look at the Invoice attached to the email, I received from WoodUpp®AluWood . She did not reply. By the end of the day, I still had no feedback on the paid order, so I called WoodUpp®AluWood and spoke to Lizzie. She could not find my order and promised to get back to me within 10 minutes. I never heard back from her again. I then phoned again and asked to speak to the Manager, Steph Baker. She informed me that my order was already out for delivery. I asked her for the courier information which she could not provide. I asked her what my invoice number was, and she gave me the wrong invoice number. I warned her that if I did not get proper feedback that I will report them to Hello Peter. Within 30 minutes I did receive a call back and I was promised that the Courier Company will collect the order and have the order delivered to me by this coming Friday. I then asked her for a quote for 33x Aluwood Brown single slats, to be delivered to my home. When I received the quote, I paid WoodUpp®AluWood immediately and emailed the Proof of Payment to Steph. Today I received an email from WoodUpp®AluWood, without a signature confirming who send the email, that my order will be delivered next week sometime, no specific date was given. This is not acceptable. WoodUpp®AluWood received my payments in full. At no time did they tell me they had no stock, so what is the delay? Please do not buy anything from WoodUpp®AluWood. The service is horrible. The staff and owner take no accountability for paid orders. They truly have a no care attitude towards customers. They want your money but when it comes to delivering the stock it is a huge problem.</div>
When I requested for an appointment with Dr Vonkelwyn at the Centurion Clinic on the 11th of November 2025, I specifically asked if I would be able to have the medical procedure done this year, even if my appointment would only be on the 26th of November 2025, and I was told it would not be a problem. I phoned on the 25th of November 2025 just after 09h30am to confirm my appointment for the 26th of November 2025, and I was told all was in order. On the evening of the 25th I missed a phone call from the Dr Vonkelwyn office. Shortly after the phone call, at 17h27pm I received an email. I was informed that the appointment was cancelled, no reason given. I was told that I can reschedule a new appointment in January 2026. They did not care that I had arranged to take leave in December to have this medical procedure done. I needed a month to recover. I can't cancel my leave at such a short notice, so that means I will not be able to go ahead with this procedure in January 2026. If I had known at the time I made the appointment with Dr Volkwyn, that she would cancel my appointment the evening before the appointment day, and that she would not be able to assist me this year, I would never have made the appointment with her in the first place. I find this extremely unprofessional. You should always treat your clients with respect and care. Word of mouth is your best reference.
Agrimax Greenhouses agreed to sell a Herblands Greenhouse to me on the 1st of April 2025. The Greenhouse can be viewed on their website. https://www.agrimaxgreenhouses.co.za/ On the 2nd of April 2025 I paid the full amount of R40 090.00 which included delivery and installation for Saturday the 5th of April 2025. On the 4th of April 2025, I received correspondence from a Courier Company which requested an additional amount of R11 850-00 for so called GIT INSURANCE. This was never part of the agreement and at no stage was this discussed with me. Due to the failure of AGRIMAX GREENHOUSES to abide by our agreement and Invoice I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. I was promised a refund by the 18th of April 2025. To date they have ignored all communication. No refund has been received. See the reply I received on the 4th of April 2025 below. We are now proceeding to lay a complaint at the Consumer Protection Tribunal and continue with civil action against AGRIMAX GREENHOUSES. Dear Ann I apologize for the inconvenience, but I am unable to process your refund at this moment. We need to wait for Denver to return. I recommend that you coordinate with the courier to ensure your greenhouse is delivered and installed tomorrow. Alternatively, we can wait for Denver to come back and then proceed with the refund. I waited 3 weeks for a Parcel to be delivered from TEMU. This morning I was informed that the driver could not find my address. I find that very strange because I have parcels delivered from Takealot weekly. Takealot managed to find my address without any problem whatsoever. The driver from Buffalo are not capable of using a cell phone to ask for a pin location on WhatsApp - neither do they have the knowledge of using a cell phone to contact the client to ask for directions before returning the parcel to buffalo as address not found. I have phoned twice today to speak to a Manager - but it seems they are to important to take calls or to return a call. I just received an email where "no name" informs me that I will have to wait 48 hours before the next delivery attempt. TEMU - Buffalo International Express will result in you losing Business. I suggest you consider using a reliable International Logistics company. They do not respect you or your clients.
