My parcel was due last week Tuesday; however, I requested a reschedule for delivery to Friday, 15 May 2026 - to which they agreed and I received a notification with this update in the tracking details. However, it was only delivered today, 21 May 2026, at 11:58 after much fighting, various calls, and emails. The driver then went ahead to lie on the between the 18th and 19th of May 2026 that I requested a reschedule, meanwhile he did not show up all day on the 19th while I waited for my delivery just to be notified at 19:00 that I requested a reschedule. These drivers are dishonest and also protected by the company. I lodged a complaint against this driver. The very same driver I lodged a complaint against is the one who delivered my parcel (I recognised his voice when he called me requesting I come outside to collect the parcel). There was no apology - just business as usual. The company indicated via call that ANOTHER driver would be allocated to deliver my parcel, no. This is beyond upsetting.

Buffalo logistics is the worst delivery ever, i ordered from shein and they say my parcel has been delivered meanwhile it was not. I tried contacting them countless times and this issue is not getting resolved, the only thing i hear is that we are still waiting for feedback from the driver, from last week Tuesday till this Wednesday the update is the same(we are still waiting for feedback from driver) why would the driver have the whole week plus to provide feedback? I am being taken for a ride here actually because i am the clown in this situation. Christina contacted me on Friday morning, today she still has the same feedback as last week meaning my query is not being taken into consideration (we are still waiting for feedback from drivers manager and christina will contact you back everyday). This is nonsense

My experience with Buffalo logistics was actually amazing😊 becoz I didn't hear the missed calls and didn't see any of the text messages from the driver. Even then the drive continued to track me until she found me on my whatsapp voice call 🤭... I just wana say to Phumlile Zulu(driver) thank you so much for your patience and kindness 🙌God bless u💕 and I hope others can learn from you.... Keep it up!!!!!

They are the worst courier company, you will wait 2 months for your parcel to deliver if you are lucky enough to even receive it! I phoned them multiple times and you must wait for a supervisor to call you back.. and they never do. So good luck using them

One of their drivers comes to deliver my parcel at 6.30pm at a wrong address The following day, he calls me around 1.20 pm while I'm in a meeting and I can't see it until I'm done around 1.30. When I call him, he literally becomes petty and says he can't come back coz he's far - like dude you called at an inconvenient time and you're not so far for you to not bring back the parcel. Now I have to pay for a re-delivery! This company is full of nonesense and has to communicate better

I'm really gatvol with Buffalo intl logistics and it's 2nd time I'm experiencing such these guys whenever they have to deliver they don't they send message late claiming that the phone they didn't get you I mean this week I already received 2 deliveries from Bobgo I didn't experience such but with Buffalo international logistics the is always excuses whenever I have to get service from them their drivers are failing us as customers

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. My parcel has been with them since 30/03/2026, and it still hasn’t been delivered. Despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have received no response, calls go unanswered and communication has been nonexistent. This level of service is unacceptable and very frustrating. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
