The worse customer service ever!!!! i placed a order on the 25th February with Shein, the 3rd March it shows arrived at Cape Town DC. EVER SINCE, I AM STILL WAITING ON MY ORDER. Been calling, whatsup, emails every single day, all day but staff dont know what they doing. i had Wonga screaming at me.... ''YOU MUST JUST WAIT'' by today since last week i am dealing with the manager... stil no help. christine is saying my parcel is lost but not sure, then they saying they handed it over to COUIER IT which i can confirm they dont have it. its clothing for Eid.The runarounds they give=ing me is absolutely shocking AND THE SAD PART IS I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY PARCEL AND ITS EID CLOTHING and the staff just dont care

Tracking number: BUFZA8FC28136W7YQ I have been sending emails throughout the past week requesting that this parcel be prioritised because the delivery is urgent. Despite multiple follow-ups, I keep receiving generic responses without clear information about the parcel’s actual location or delivery date. The tracking shows the parcel has been in transit within South Africa for several days already, yet I am now being told it is “queued for dispatch this week,” which is very vague and unacceptable given the circumstances. I specifically needed this parcel today and had to move an important appointment to tomorrow because I expected the delivery based on the tracking updates. I have repeatedly asked Buffalo to confirm: • The exact location of the parcel • Whether it has arrived at the Cape Town Distribution Centre • If it has been assigned to a delivery route Unfortunately, I have not received clear answers or assistance. I urgently need this parcel before my appointment tomorrow, and I hope Buffalo Logistics can resolve this immediately and prioritise the delivery. This level of communication and delay is extremely disappointing for customers who rely on accurate delivery information.

I’m writing to warn other consumers about my negative experience with Buffalo Logistics. My parcel is supposedly held at customs, and their first notification advised me to abandon package instead of guiding me through proper SARS customs clearance. Their South African call centre and support does not seem empowered, and the second-tier support in China (which supposedly handles issues within 72 hours) is unprofessional and rude. When I mentioned I have an importer’s code, they initially suggested I update it with my supplier and pay R1500 for a change of identity. However, when I challenged this and explained my understanding of SARS clearance regulations, they then unreasonably requested that I reshare Import certificate with their Chinese support team and additionally my ID and bank statements. This is *********, misleading, and financially damaging to consumers. As an experienced importer who regularly clears shipments through reputable logistics providers, I can confidently say Buffalo’s handling of this matter falls far short of acceptable industry standards. Clearing agents are not expected to request duplicate documentation requests across regions, or solicit sensitive financial information through informal channels. I’m posting this review for consumer awareness, especially to warn others against sharing sensitive personal or financial information without proper verification. Consumers should exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. Furthermore, their data protection measures are poor, or they don’t have any at all. I regularly receive *****ulent SMS messages with links to click and make payments. Please do not click such links.

I paid R9000.00 and l didn't purchase anything. Now l want my refund their sending me from pillar to post. I have sent all my documents. They don't want to give me the number for their financial department or email address for financial department. No one wants to help or assist.

Erroneously paid into their Nedbank account an amount instead of Linex solutions. Been almost a year, despite sending proof, documents they still cannot refund my R410.

I am beyond disgusted with the service from Buffalo Logistics. I am currently stuck and unable to work because they are holding my office supplies hostage. My parcel has been marked "Out for Delivery" three times now. Each time, the status is updated to "Address Not Found." This is a blatant lie. I have received many packages at this exact address before from this same logistics company. The worst part is that your tracking shows the parcel is in Kimberley, which is over 200km away from Vryburg. How can a driver "fail to find an address" when they aren't even in the correct town? This is deliberate falsification of delivery attempts to cover up your logistical failures. I have been waiting at home and my phone is always on. Not a single person has called me. You are sabotaging my work and my productivity. There is no communication, when I try to call I get no answer, when I send emails I get automated replies, and it's been a whole week outside my estimated delivery time
