Lack of communication, professionalism, and horrible logistics

One of their drivers comes to deliver my parcel at 6.30pm at a wrong address

The following day, he calls me around 1.20 pm while I'm in a meeting and I can't see it until I'm done around 1.30. When I call him, he literally becomes petty and says he can't come back coz he's far - like dude you called at an inconvenient time and you're not so far for you to not bring back the parcel.

Now I have to pay for a re-delivery!

This company is full of nonesense and has to communicate better
