I'm really happy with the product I bought TCL QLED December my daughter accidental heat it by plastic cup the screen went blank what I noticed the product is not durable coming to think of I used Samsung for 10 years I didn't experience such I also use hi sense for 4 years still I never had such experience I only used your product 3 months this made me I asked myself did this product by SABS because really quality is questionable
I'm really gatvol with Buffalo intl logistics and it's 2nd time I'm experiencing such these guys whenever they have to deliver they don't they send message late claiming that the phone they didn't get you I mean this week I already received 2 deliveries from Bobgo I didn't experience such but with Buffalo international logistics the is always excuses whenever I have to get service from them their drivers are failing us as customers
Vuma home connect service is very poor guys anyone who can recommend home Fibre that I can use I'm stuck I can't work I don't have internet they telling me that they have issue of network but my neighbors have internet like make it make sense it's even a struggle to reach them yerrrrr

Home connect Fibre is very useless they have whatsap but you can't find them even when you try to phone them you won't find them what kind of a company that running internet connection services but you struggle to find them they only enjoy debiting but when you want help they are nowhere to be found
Pick n pay online service is very poor yerrr I bought some few items and 12 pack of flying fish when I receive the order no flying fish when I ask delivery guy he told me that after 16:00 they don't sell alcohol but they took my R150 , they returned it after 30 minutes but it was returned to pick n pay app not to my account basically they don't refund I have to spend that R150 at pick n pay, it doesn't end there 3 weeks back brought items cost 385.66 they took double amount of it even now I'm still doing a follow up for my R385.

Multichoice dstv service your service sacks those guys are incompetent including management I phoned more than 5times for my account to be unlock that time I'm using my airtime instead they busy asking me to send proof of payment i sent proof of payment more than 6 times still I couldn't get any help only to find out that their system were down just find out when I received 6 reference for the proof of payment I was busy sending the whole day instead of informing that their systems are down they will allocate payment when they up and running they made me a full you guys are incompetent you need training including your management who can't even talk to customers but they call themselves managers I spend closed to R150 with my airtime they can't even do follow up and check how far is customer with quirky all they know is to put you on hold all consultant will tell you one thing as if they follow a script. Nx you so ****en useless and incompetent nx I won't mention myself you know
