I'm really happy with the product I bought TCL QLED December my daughter accidental heat it by plastic cup the screen went blank what I noticed the product is not durable coming to think of I used Samsung for 10 years I didn't experience such I also use hi sense for 4 years still I never had such experience I only used your product 3 months this made me I asked myself did this product by SABS because really quality is questionable

No after sales service. Stay away from TCL. Tcl 75" Smart TV is 6 months old We going on to week 3 now tv hasn't been collected or sorted. Many phone calls and emails every second day.

I bought a TCL 65 inch at Ballito junction on 19 October 2025 the tv switches off while watching it from 21 March 2026 I contacted the store the following day incredible connection where I bought it they promised to contact TCL and get back to me on monday of which they never did until I contacted them spoke to the store manager gave her all the details gave them 2 days contacted them again to ask when the technician will be coming she said she doesnt have the date now all Km asking who has the answers as to this tv is go na be fixed my no is 0735190729 Thokozani Mavundla

I regret purchasing a TCL television due to the extremely poor after-sales service and unresolved product issues. TV has had serious screen resolution and performance problems. However, the most frustrating part has been trying to get this resolved. After logging a service request, I experienced long delays with little to no communication. When a technician was finally assigned, they were unable to properly diagnose or fix the issue and conducted themselves in an unprofessional manner, including making inappropriate remarks. Attempts to escalate the matter have gone nowhere—no accountability, no urgency, and no clear resolution process. It feels like once the product is sold, customer support becomes non-existent. Key Issues: Poor screen quality and performance Delayed responses and lack of communication *********** and unprofessional technician No proper escalation or resolution process This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Based on this, I would strongly caution others before purchasing a TCL product. After-sales service is just as important as the product itself—and in this case, it has been completely unacceptable. PLEASE PURCHASE A KNOWN BRAND LIKE SAMSUNG AND HI-SENSE JUST AS AN EXAMPLE AND STAY AWAY FROM TCL AT ALL COSTS. DON'T BE FOOLED LIKE ME IN THE IMMATERIAL R1K SAVINGS.

Although TCL has amazing TVs, their technician and customer service is pathetic. My TCL tv (55 inch QLED), is not even 8 months old, and I have an issue with the power board. Not only that, I had to wait all day for the technician to come to my place, at 19:30 that evening, only for him to say that because the tv is older than 6 months, they cannot offer any form of refund, and they have to replace the power board. I have been waiting now for over 2 weeks to get this issue sorted. Surely a number one rated TV brand shouldn't give a lackluster service like this. It's not like the tv was cheap. Also what's to say that the tv will even work when the power board is replaced. If it doesn't work, then how much longer am I expected to wait. Come on TCL. This is very bad service for a brand and product that should be top notch

Complaint Regarding Faulty TCL Television Purchased from Game Store I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding a TCL television I purchased in January 2026 from Game store at Wesgate Mall. Unfortunately, the device has developed a fault that makes it unusable, and I am extremely disappointed with the product’s performance as first time when i reported the matter it was a small crack which only affected the bottom and the left side of the screen and i was told it was my fault and I accepted that as the whole TV was not affected and I could see 99% of the screen ,however currently the TV is no longer showing any images .I reported the issue a week ago and provided all the required documents however I have now received a call that they will not be attending to my problem. Please assist as I have taken the TV by credit and paying almost R700 a month for a faulty TV. BAD BAD BAD VERY BAD. DO NOT BUY A TCL TV. Problem no 1. - 16 November 2025 So far had an insident that a bug crawled in between the screens layers and TCL customer support said they cannot assist. My question is how do they seal the screen to prevent bugs and dust going in between the layers. During November 2025 I noticed a bug on the tv. When I want to remove the bug I noticed that the bug is actually inside the screen. I informed Game and they notified TCL. Unfortunately TCL did not assist, and they said it is not part of the warrantee/guarantee. According to a representative from Game a technician was suppose to come out and investigate. Problem no 2. On 1 January 2026 I noticed at the bottom of the screen dark spots. I went to Game today 2 January 2026 to report the problem. The Manager said he will inform TCL. I had to replaced another TV. Due to TCL not willing to assist I had bought another Google TV. Are TCL playing the waiting game by NOT responding to force the guarantee/warranty to expire? THIS TV NEED TO BE REPLACED.
