Complaint Regarding Faulty TCL Television Purchased from Game Store I am writing to lodge a complaint regarding a TCL television I purchased in January 2026 from Game store at Wesgate Mall. Unfortunately, the device has developed a fault that makes it unusable, and I am extremely disappointed with the product’s performance as first time when i reported the matter it was a small crack which only affected the bottom and the left side of the screen and i was told it was my fault and I accepted that as the whole TV was not affected and I could see 99% of the screen ,however currently the TV is no longer showing any images .I reported the issue a week ago and provided all the required documents however I have now received a call that they will not be attending to my problem. Please assist as I have taken the TV by credit and paying almost R700 a month for a faulty TV. kindly assist as ive been receiving very poor service from Telkom , i purchased 40g data package which costed R200+ and has been working without any issues ,however the problem began when i upgraded to uncapped 10mps which costed R529 per month.I have been reporing this matter to telkom store for the past 3 months and I have not received any help thus far, besides the calls that i have been recieving from the call centers, who have been calling to check if they can close the call\complain.They have been focusing on closing the call rather than attending to the issue that my network is not working .At the store they told me that the technician will be coming to my house to check what could be the issue,instead what i only received was just calls from the call center asking me if they can close the call.Two agents confirmed that the Telkom Tower in my area is down and they are busy restoring it hence the disonnections i have been experincing .I ended up cancelling the contact as it was not working for me and requested the refund, surprisingly now the technician who confirm my bad connetion due to the Tower are the ones telling the billing department that my connection was ok in oder for them to have a reason not to refund me, now the biling dept is saying that they cant refund me,despite the fact that i have been to the stores for several times reporting this issue and the technition never came to my house to assess the problem.I was not able to use the service that was supposed to be rendered.I paid for 2 months without service.kindly assit me in claiming my refund as I have reached a point where I dont know what to do anymore. I am experincing a very bad service with HomChoice, I made two orders in April and one had incorrect Item, i rejected both orders upon delivery as i was not sure which order had incorrect item between the two boxes .Icalled HomeChoice and send emails so many times explaining this and the consultants they said they will follow up with the courier but till today i am still receiving calls and messages from HomeChoice to pay for those orders which i did not take.I really dont know what to do now as this is going to have a negative impact on my credit profile. If There's anyone who can assist me with this matter , i would really appreciate it.
