Faultu tv
I bought a TCL 65 inch at Ballito junction on 19 October 2025 the tv switches off while watching it from 21 March 2026 I contacted the store the following day incredible connection where I bought it they promised to contact TCL and get back to me on monday of which they never did until I contacted them spoke to the store manager gave her all the details gave them 2 days contacted them again to ask when the technician will be coming she said she doesnt have the date now all Km asking who has the answers as to this tv is go na be fixed my no is 0735190729 Thokozani Mavundla

Faulty tv
I bought TCL 65 inch google tv on 19 October 2025 at Incredible conection Ballito I even paid for an extended warranty they if anything should be faulty they will send a technician to fix it as long as it still under warranty from Saturday the 21st March 2026 the tv has been giving me problems it just switches off while watching it I reported it the next day 22nd March 2026 Sunday they said they will contact TCL on monday came monday no one got back to me until I phoned them they sent me from pillar to post until I got hold of their store manager the salesperson that sold me the tv we spoke I gave her all the details the she wanted waited 2days contacted the store again to ask for when they will send the technician they said they dont know now if they dont know who is suppossed to know im deeply frustrated my contact no is 0735190729 Thokozani Mavundla
