My parcel was due last week Tuesday; however, I requested a reschedule for delivery to Friday, 15 May 2026 - to which they agreed and I received a notification with this update in the tracking details. However, it was only delivered today, 21 May 2026, at 11:58 after much fighting, various calls, and emails.
The driver then went ahead to lie on the between the 18th and 19th of May 2026 that I requested a reschedule, meanwhile he did not show up all day on the 19th while I waited for my delivery just to be notified at 19:00 that I requested a reschedule. These drivers are dishonest and also protected by the company. I lodged a complaint against this driver.
The very same driver I lodged a complaint against is the one who delivered my parcel (I recognised his voice when he called me requesting I come outside to collect the parcel). There was no apology - just business as usual. The company indicated via call that ANOTHER driver would be allocated to deliver my parcel, no.
This is beyond upsetting.
