I’ve always ordered from shein using this location and got my order delivered at my footsteps. today a driver calls me with a landline registered as Nkorolala logistics solutions meanwhile i should have my order delivered by buffalo logistics and tells me to come collect my parcel from Shoprite or else i will go collect it @Kempton park. Since when is lotus gardens a high risk area? Even last week i got my parcel delivered at my doorstep from shein today it is a high risk area? Please fix your things because i cannot be paying for customs and also for transportation to go pick up a parcel that should be delivered at my doorstep.
I ordered from bash, Ram couriers were supposed to deliver my parcel yesterday. I received this message yesterday “ Dear Kevin2003#, Your parcel is out for delivery today to Ref:CAZA1103984. Type ‘MENU’ to track and manage your delivery.” I waited for them the whole day and they never called to say they are coming to deliver. Later on i received this “ Hi KEVIN2003# KEVIN2003#, We regret to inform you that we were unsuccessful in delivering your order CAZA1103984, PRETORIA, 0008 from THE FIX EASTGATE due to UNAVAILABLE - HOME - CONTACT NOT AVAILABLE. Would you like us to reattempt your delivery?” To my surprise if they can contact me on WhatsApp then how come they do not have home contact? This is not the first time RAM couriers does this and this is totally unacceptable. Now they are telling me they will deliver on friday which is the date that doesn’t suit me. I WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST THAT MY PARCEL GETS DELIVERED BEFORE THE END OF TODAY, I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF YOUR COURIER SERVICE CUZ EVERYTIME YOU HAVE TO DELIVER SOMETHING THESE ARE THE STORIES WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH. this is parcel 2 of 2. The other courier company was able to deliver on time with no stories( using the same information given from the order) . then whats difficult for you to deliver
We ordered 30 quarter chickens yesterday late, made all the payments and left them with a list. We told them we will collect today at 10:40. We got there only to find out they haven’t started with our order. We sat there for 45 mins waiting for our order. Worst service ever. No one even bothered apologising
Since the 9th I’ve been waiting for my refund to be processed, I called to ask if it’s processed since they said refunds are processed on Tuesday. No one has an answer. What annoys me most is that i am going back and forth with the refund from the 15th April 2025. It is almost a month and the people responsible are chilled with this issue.
I ordered sneakers online, i got the wrong sneakers, this was few days before good friday. I contacted them and they said they arranged a courier to come collect it. From the 17 till now i am still awaiting courier to come collect. On Friday morning i contacted customer service team, the lady said she is looking into the matter and will call me back to provide feedback, till now i am still waiting for feedback. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced
After paying all the deposit, lease fee and rentals they told me that the room i chose is not the one for the amount i paid. That time they are the ones who sent me pictures and prices for the room. We went to view the place and they didn’t say anything about the price being higher than the other. Now this other agent by the name of Bakang is telling me that refund will take 21 days? How when they are the ones at fault. He doesn’t even acknowledge that he made a mistake or anything. He says i went to view the wrong room. Such poor service
I requested for a return on the 12 December 2024, till date it hasn’t been refunded. I am stuck with a jean that doesn’t even fit. You guys dont even bother communicating . Order B10635264-01
I requested for a chargeback and i was told to wait for 15 working days, 15 is a lot on my side since I ordered from shein in order to go for vacation. I need to use to money to buy alternative products locally, i called today and i was told it is impossible for the charge back to be processed before 15 days, why the long wait? I did provide proof from shein that they allowed me to go on and request for chargeback moes? I tracked the incident using the capitec whatsapp number only to be told there was no tracking or query within the past 30 days.This is very disappointing
I ordered cologne, body mist and charger, only to receive charger and three other incorrect items. I contacted takealot support team and they will like they will lodge a return for me, they did but the return indicated that they were coming to collect body mist, i wqs like how are you guys coming to fetch something that is missing, they then came to collect the missing items. Few days later only the body mist was refunded i think last week wednesday, i contacted them to find out as to why was the cologne to refunded as well and they told me that they will take a look at it and get back to me, I’ve been trying to contact them from then and none is helping out
I bought few items from superbalist, the delivery guy called and was like i am at the gate, at that time I was in a work meeting, i rushed outside only to find that he is not there. I called him and he was like no i am outside , i was like i cannot see you since the only thing that was outside the gate was a scooter. After waiting i went back inside ,tried calling him twice to let him know that i went back but he didn’t answer. Mins later my parcel was marked as delivered. Later on that day he tried contacting me while i was in a presentation for about 10 missed calls. Yesterday morning i got back to him and he started shouting at me tell me that he gave the parcel to me and that he is coming with police officers to arrest me since i am a *****, he and the lady he was with in the car started yelling and asked why i didnt answer my calls yesterday. For which i find very disappointing and unprofessional. I am being blamed for someone’s irresponsible actions because why would you give someone a parcel without first confirming if indeed its the person you are delivering to. Also i want proof that shows who he delivered the parcel to. I contacted the support them and they were like they escalated the matter to the relevant department, till date I haven’t heard from them.
