Bad service

I am reporting terrible service from both AGS South Africa as well as the Global Solutions Overseas.com company regarding my moving of things from SA to India with AGS as the moving company.

I am just reporting the terrible service in the repayment of a claim regarding goods that went missing of which the contents were AMC pots.

The claim amount was given to the claims department of the company who deals with that when consignment is moved from SA to another country for diplomatic work purposes. Just the fact that the incorrect version of the inventory was used - when despite the inventory provided by the company regarding the insured goods- that it is not taken into account that a sealed box was opened ans repacked. Now 1 of the boxes went missing - the claim amount to be paid out is more than half of the insured amount claimed for.
