AGS Movers are ABSOLUTELY efficient, professional and friendly. They just helped us relocate from Mozambique to South Africa and the team were very careful and attentive and have been stars. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AGS to anyone who wants the relocation to go smoothly. Thanks a million.

The lady sitting at their telephone desk is probably the world's fastest call answere. I have never called and not get answered and I think she represents the company well with her professionalism and her friendly attitude towards customers. This is a commendation to her, for her applaudable commitment to AGS FRASERS. Thank you Debbie Torre

Do not use this company! My boxed possessions was one of 6 in a shared container from France. The box count on arrival in SA was correct, but on opening the boxes so many possessions missing. The company did not want to know, and refused to explain why so many possessions were missing.

Our stuff was packed for transfer to UK in the last week of May this year and, nearly five months later, it is STILL in Cape Town. Their excuse is that, as we contracted for a part container, filling it took time. This we understand but the lack of transparency about this process has been totally unacceptable.

I am reporting terrible service from both AGS South Africa as well as the Global Solutions Overseas.com company regarding my moving of things from SA to India with AGS as the moving company. I am just reporting the terrible service in the repayment of a claim regarding goods that went missing of which the contents were AMC pots. The claim amount was given to the claims department of the company who deals with that when consignment is moved from SA to another country for diplomatic work purposes. Just the fact that the incorrect version of the inventory was used - when despite the inventory provided by the company regarding the insured goods- that it is not taken into account that a sealed box was opened ans repacked. Now 1 of the boxes went missing - the claim amount to be paid out is more than half of the insured amount claimed for.

I am reporting terrible service from both AGS South Africa as well as the Global Solutions Overseas.com company regarding my moving of things from SA to India with AGS as the moving company. Have experienced several overseas moves so far. Last one, with AGS Movers, Johannesburg branch. Overall bad experience, lack of control from management side, inexperienced packing crew, extremely late, not managing the property properly, not repairing or compensating for the damages. Shipping the containers extremely late after the packing, both shipments left SA after almost a month from packing date. I don't know if other companies are providing a better service level in SA but I suggest avoiding AGS Johannesburg branch for your move. Barely they can claim "meeting the norm" for international relocation!!! Was asked to provide my contact details to the AGS Customer Service - Mister Good Move which I did on September 16th. Since then no answer, no apology nor a "silly" explanation why the whole move was a nightmare. Stay away from AGS and their JHB team!!!

ABSOLUTE CIRCUS Corporate relocation cross border. Someone forgot to pay the VAT the Border were calling us for payment. Customs waited close to 36 hours to clear the load. No emergency number or after hours number provided. Import and Export Controller did not know if she was Arthur or Martha The Rep who assured us I'll walk every step of the way with you ...... During your move disappeared off the scene with a occasional I'll follow up with Operations We are now faced with endless damages to good - water damage to items and a claim which is going to run into thousands. The MD now is quiet since the load has been delivered and we to date have not had any feedback into his findings and we have been passed on to the PA to handle the claims we have to place. Corporate clothing packed with garage items, some items missing books thrown into boxes items wrapped in newspaper and so it goes on Please do not use them this was a large move a 5 bed house at a substantial cost with endless issues

Avoid this company. Suitcase transported from the Philippines to London arrived damaged and had to be thrown away. Home contents shipped from Nice, France to Cape Town. Six month delay before goods departed France. When goods arrived in SA they were delivered to my storage garage and left untouched until I purchased a home months later. I have found numerous articles stolen from a kettle, toaster and other kitchen utensils to personal photos, expensive dictionaries and cookery books, costly duvets. Every day I recall missing items...albeit not overly valuable, but nonetheless stolen by employees of this company. The response from both AGS France and Fraser International in Cape Town....NONE!
