Provided and replaced bulb on my Renault without charge, and I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Faultless service with very efficient reception. Renault Paarden Island charged me R180 for the same bulb a few months back.
Do not use this company! My boxed possessions was one of 6 in a shared container from France. The box count on arrival in SA was correct, but on opening the boxes so many possessions missing. The company did not want to know, and refused to explain why so many possessions were missing.
I left my cellphone in the BOLT taxi in Sea Point. I was able to call my phone and it rang and rang. A few minutes later I called the driver who said there was no phone in the back of his cab...but he didn't sound at all interested. He volunteered that he had droped off a fare in Camps Bay and gave me the address, but could not give me a name. I blocked and blacklisted the phone. I contacted BOLT by email...no phone number is available. Over and over again I sought their help, but found them obstructive to the point of almost aiding and abetting the thief...theft by finding. Either the driver stole the cellphone or the fare that followed me; only BOLT can give the information requiredm and they refused to assist me. I have laid complaint with SAPS Sea Point, but because of the delays in assistance from BOLT, the thief has quite literally BOLTed! BOLT Support is there for its drivers. The drivers address is non existent on Google Maps. A disgraceful service from BOLT. They deserve ZERO points, not one point.
I received one tenth the cost of my ticket as a refund on cancelled flight. Virgin refuse to enter into correspondence as to how they compute the sum offered. Refunds dept ignored all letters. Then chairman Branson refused to help. Virgin's Facebook age asked if they could help, but it is just a ruse. Fly EMIRATES instead.
Avoid this company. Suitcase transported from the Philippines to London arrived damaged and had to be thrown away. Home contents shipped from Nice, France to Cape Town. Six month delay before goods departed France. When goods arrived in SA they were delivered to my storage garage and left untouched until I purchased a home months later. I have found numerous articles stolen from a kettle, toaster and other kitchen utensils to personal photos, expensive dictionaries and cookery books, costly duvets. Every day I recall missing items...albeit not overly valuable, but nonetheless stolen by employees of this company. The response from both AGS France and Fraser International in Cape Town....NONE!
