Agua é Vida Moreleta Branch Manager

The branch at Moreleta is extremely unprofessional. Compared to al the other branches this branches owner is absolutely horrible in his service as well as attitude towards clients, especially women. Being rude is not the only concern this branche manager has, he does not know his product and his response towards every question I have is "read the pamphlet" on top of that this place look disgusting in terms of health it smells funny and look extremely dirty. The owner opens and closes on his own time disregarding the time stipulated on the window without leaving a notification and when you call to find out when they will open he responds in a rude manner saying I will be their, the poos employers under that branch manager told me they don't even now if the guy is coming in today, thus leaving them standing outside the shop waiting. I would not even recommend this branch at Moreleta to my worst enemy, on the other hand I would gladly recommend any of the other branches. Hopefully this review makes its way to the directors to make them aware of this manager dragging this wonderful company's name and image in the dirt. I hope for the sake of the company it self they make a drastic change towards this branch manager at Moreleta. Absolutely disgusted!!!
