Hi. I'm a nursing student. I've just posted a review about this business and how I was treated. The post was taken down recently.
I would like to sincerely apologise for the tone in which my previous email was written. I now realise that while I was trying to express how I felt, the way it came across may not have been appropriate—and for that, I am truly sorry.
I don't apologise for how I felt, because my emotions were very real at the time. But I do understand that how we express those emotions, especially in professional spaces, matters deeply. I should have raised my concerns in a more appropriate and private way, and I acknowledge that.
This experience has taught me a lot—not just about communication, but about growth, maturity, and navigating difficult situations in the clinical setting. I truly value the time I spent at the hospital and the lessons it’s brought me, both professionally and personally.
