I purchased items to the value of 1615.40 on 10 Oct, I sent an email to request an update on delivery and was told that I would be informed when my order is ready. It's now 22 Oct and subsequent follow ups have been met with silence, I am honestly now worried that this may be a **** as I tried contacting them again today and now it says the number is not registered on the network. I'm considering going there to the physical address with police officers to enquire what is going on. I will post an update here when, or if I hear back but I have requested that they refund me if they do not have stock. Their communication is poor and if its a stock issue then why not inform the customer accordingly? First time supporting a small, unknown business like this and definitely the last.
