If there was 0, I would select that. Good day I have been waiting the entire day for my delivery and now received a message saying delivery was unsuccessful. Do your drivers not go to the address if the customer missed a call or bad connection? Poor, poor service, time and again Ram. The access code has also been sent to security since this morning.
Disappointed at how the service level has dropped at this particular branch over the past year. Most of the staff are so indifferent, impolite and unprofessional when you enter the store. They look really unhappy. I ordered collagen sachets telephonically a few days ago and I was so taken aback as the lady who answered (think she said her name is Daphne) sounded extremely disinterested & annoyed as though I had interrupted her. At the end of the order, she didn't ask for my name or number and I was quite puzzled as to how would she then contact me when it arrived? So I offered my number and name. Sad to say I won't be utilising this branch anymore, perhaps other branches and quite possibly online instead, or from wherever I can source the item that I usually purchase from your store. If your sales and customer walk ins have decreased over the past year or so, management you should really look into the type of atmosphere that your store has, is it welcoming and friendly or does it have a 'don't bother me' kind of vibe. I purchased items to the value of 1615.40 on 10 Oct, I sent an email to request an update on delivery and was told that I would be informed when my order is ready. It's now 22 Oct and subsequent follow ups have been met with silence, I am honestly now worried that this may be a **** as I tried contacting them again today and now it says the number is not registered on the network. I'm considering going there to the physical address with police officers to enquire what is going on. I will post an update here when, or if I hear back but I have requested that they refund me if they do not have stock. Their communication is poor and if its a stock issue then why not inform the customer accordingly? First time supporting a small, unknown business like this and definitely the last.
Please can you stop calling me. I am being inundated with unnecessary calls the past few days and it's an extreme disturbance.
