Terrible service, Dr Angelette Paulsen cuts the calls on patients after NOT helping! Transferred 6 times and then ended up at Dr Paulson who seems to be a tired old lady who cannot handle her job! UTTERLY DISGUSTING behaviour from a health care practitioner! This establishment is now a joke because of Dr Angelette Paulsen

Misleading adverti*****t, they advertised the product as a special when I received my order, it was not what was displayed on the add, only after bringing it to their attention they changed the description on the website and ignored my complaint.

Disappointed at how the service level has dropped at this particular branch over the past year. Most of the staff are so indifferent, impolite and unprofessional when you enter the store. They look really unhappy. I ordered collagen sachets telephonically a few days ago and I was so taken aback as the lady who answered (think she said her name is Daphne) sounded extremely disinterested & annoyed as though I had interrupted her. At the end of the order, she didn't ask for my name or number and I was quite puzzled as to how would she then contact me when it arrived? So I offered my number and name. Sad to say I won't be utilising this branch anymore, perhaps other branches and quite possibly online instead, or from wherever I can source the item that I usually purchase from your store. If your sales and customer walk ins have decreased over the past year or so, management you should really look into the type of atmosphere that your store has, is it welcoming and friendly or does it have a 'don't bother me' kind of vibe. Bought a lelive Serum for the first time and try it out only for me to have a skin reaction . Contact the La Luica branch only to be told that products can only be returned if its seal and in original packaging. How was i supposed to know without trying the product Please revisit you return policy as it not fair to loyal customers.

Requested a discount (additional) as the product was going to expire the next day (31.08) I can give you a long story about how i "loved" the brand. since my first engagement many months ago. blah blah I recall even rushing to this platform to "spread the word" (i digress) so fwd go this incident, last Friday - my recent discovery @ WW - skin scent was reduced at another branch, i immediately ask for an additional product to be sourced @ another branch. Product arrives, happy customer, purchased. Following week i see the same product reduced for 50%, i enquire about an additional 25% discount as the item will expire the next day. At this stage I'm on the receiving end of some really "not so great customer service" first my loyalty profile could not be accessed. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the sales assistant. (after i was informed that no further discount would be app****. some "talll tale" about their mark-down /expired goods. Anyway, let's just say i left the store as an unhappy client (ex)
