Aida's service is terrible and I will never recommend them to anyone! We tried reaching out to the rental agents since January till the end of February - myself and my mother in law called multiple times, I sent 12 inquiries on their website to inquire about rental properties, I even posted on one of their Facebook ads asking how to inquire about the property advertised cause the agents don't answer our calls - they deleted my comment. Still no one has responded to my inquiries or calls. I will never use Aida anywhere, nor recommend them.

Waste of time and no effort. They ask for alot of personal information BEFORE a viewing has even been schedueled. I understand they need a paylsip and bank statement so as to not waste time. But they literally have my banking details, car reg, license reg, employer info. And they STILL did not even bother to view my application. Im certain they will require a urine sample as well.

I bought a property from AIDA 2023. The house was built by CHD and completed in May 2024. I have been having complaints even before the project was started, started from being told lies and to the contractor and the project manager not being transparent. I occupied the house on the 1st of June 2024 and had never enjoyed my new home. There some mistakes noticed before and after the occupancy. The project manager said I must put everything( issues/ mistakes) on paper and they will be fixed after their 3 months retention. After 3 months I emailed those things to the project manager on the 2nd of September. To date( 19.09.2024) only two things out of 10 were fixed. I have never enjoyed my new home all because of the emotional abuse they have caused me. I have been sending emails and making calls and the response that I always receive is being played for a fool. I have ran out of patience and will be taking this a step further and also exposing them to social media. Management of AIDA and CHD are of no assistance to me hence writing this review to make people aware of the disgusting treatment we get from this companies. I regret making business with them and wont advise people I know to buy from these people. They should be grateful that us buying from them is actually putting bread on the table for their families. I regret, regret and regret being introduced to AIDA and CHD.

My experience with AIDA Sinoville has left me with tremendous regret, disappointment and affirmation that some people operate with alarming perspicacity in order to close a deal, with no regard for the financial nor emotional repercussions they inflict on their unfortunate and unsuspecting clients. One would also expect some modicum of congratularoy gesture, as a new home owner. There was not even a phone call, message, emaill or the personal hand over of keys. One would at least expect the Operational Manager (if not the agent) to engage with the client. I am quite frankly appalled by the entire experience.

Beware of this ************ realtor that insisted on using their attorneys for the transfer leaving the seller with next to nothing and the agent receiving over R140 000 commision on a house of R 1 050 000 as she factured in the transfer cost to be paid by the seller. The do not provide copies of the offer or any documents. Beware of Kobi Venter and Aida Randfontein they are ************
