Aida Secunda
So I have been renting from Secunda Aida formore than 4 years now not once have my rent or water payment been late or not paid.The swimming pool paint keeps peeling off damaging the pump and creepy crawly even cutting our feet when swimming we keep on communicating this to the agent but the response is the handy man is busy,it was so bad up to point we decided to just switch of the swimming pool pump apparently we are not allowed to do that aswell,the did fix a leak in the past but charged us te refill the pool again.Our roof is leaking when it rains stains on the sealing and top story roof is falling apart but still the response stays the same,clothing/kitchen cupboards falling apart door Knobs falling off but when you phone the agent she does not pick up nor reply to WhatsApps or emails.Our lapas top is falling apart outside the top part wich is concrete is just sitting there waiting to fall,And we have small children playing outside .We have been sorting out our own surage problems for the whole time we have been renting here due to the lack of urgency from the agency.To top up the problems the owner of the agency stays behind us the bushes are over growing completely to our side where we are not allowed to trim the bushes because apparently in past someone peeked in their yard ???? On top of the lack of maintenance and urgency our rent goes up every year en every year we get slammed with a bill of R1500 to renew the contract and top up the deposit for simple admin,a email.Where my wife normaly prints the contract scan it,i sign it and the scans it in again and we email it back to them.
