Waste of time. Very shady

Waste of time and no effort. They ask for alot of personal information BEFORE a viewing has even been schedueled. I understand they need a paylsip and bank statement so as to not waste time. But they literally have my banking details, car reg, license reg, employer info. And they STILL did not even bother to view my application. Im certain they will require a urine sample as well.
