The internet keeps dipping for months on end, when I complain to them it's either my equipment, they don't see something wrong or they can't help me. They don't answer phone calls or emails not even after I cancelled their services. Can't really complain about customer service since there is none.

What a load of parhetic people, after I cancelled my contract, in 2023, no further invoices received, today I received a threatening letter of demand, for an outstanding balance. Lawyers threatened me that I had to pay for the letter of demand, furthermore threats of judgement being obtained against me that I will be held liable for. Something is seriously wrong with this companies billing system. I would not recommend anyone to make use of their services. Obviously totally unaware of the stipulations in the national credit act!

Do yourself a favour… stay away. It is companies like these that made me loose all hope in humanity. I literally signed my contract with them 2 weeks ago for 50mb/s. Today I received an invoice for 50% more than what my contract stipulated. When I phoned them to ask what happened they just said that they raised their package prices. Litterally 2 weeks after signing with them. I feel sick to my stomach. I need the wifi as I am a photographer and need a fast internet speed to upload my photos. Now they ate only offering me to downgrade to an internet speed that is 2x slower but it is the same amount as what I would have paid as per contract. Sick sick sick… It is final… ISP’s have no souls.

Pathetic internet service provider. No internet after loadshedding this afternoon. They do not even answer when called to explain the situation. Definitely going to cancel first thing tomorrow.

And once again its airbroadband bloemfontein. Pathetic internet service provider. For the last couple of days, wifi has been on and off constantly. Now today, same story, message the WhatsApp support, hell, nobody doesn't even respond. I pay a hell of alot of money every month. ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE!!!!!!!!!

We keep losing connection, I have a 100 up 100 down contract. I can’t connect to the rooter installed. Had to install my own to-link’s rooters for connection. They don’t let us a paying clients know about problems, I must always contact them. I’m in Bloemfontein and they are useless! No help from their side at all! Will never refer them to ant client at all!
