This business has been harrassing me for days. I did not visit the website at all, they hacked my Facebook creating a survey to get personal information. I stated numerous times that I do NOT have a licence and do not plan on getting a car. I am legally blind in my left eye so I can't drive. Yet Israel, have been calling me day and night from different numbers, sending me emails and sending me WhatsApp's even though I have blocked him every time. Selling a car to an unlicensed person is ******* while calling someone who has blocked you is harrassment. Unless Israel wants to explain in court why he is continuing, he better stop.
I had the worst experience with Finchoice! I had a loan with them. I requested a Settlement Quote and the loan was settled on the 21st of January 2026. The moment I received my salary end of January their Debit Order still went off. I called them and they said it was in tracking, so they will refund within 3- 5 working days, I needed that money for other expenses!! After 4 working days I did receive my refund and then immediately after the funds reflected in my account their Debit Order went off AGAIN!!! If I call them tomorrow then I will probably hear the same story again that refunds take 3- 5 working days.....😡😡
They are a bunch of *****s. They stole money from me and are refusing to refund me. First they overcharge me on my monthly contribution, then after a huge fight I finally get them to admit that my salary is not as high as they are saying it is. So now there is a difference between what I paid and my monthly contribution. They asked me if I wanted a refund or if I want it deducted next month, I clearly said I want a refund, this was on the 14th. The agent then said that I should send a mail confirming my banking details and that it will be refunded on the 19th at the latest. That was clearly a lie as it is the 21st and still nothing. The mail was sent 10 minutes after our phone call ended. Now they claim they didn't receive the email, so then why wasn't I informed we can't proceed? then I would've known to resend it, they would rather keep quiet and ***** the money.
What a bunch of *********** people. They don't give feedback ever. They decide on what your email address should be. They managed to give me a salary increase that I was not aware of, neither is my employer. I am not allowed to reach my sales targets at work otherwise they will punish me for it.
The internet keeps dipping for months on end, when I complain to them it's either my equipment, they don't see something wrong or they can't help me. They don't answer phone calls or emails not even after I cancelled their services. Can't really complain about customer service since there is none.
I asked for a quote on insurance, I got the quote and the case was closed. This morning they have called me a total of 9 times already. I am at work, I am busy, if I reject your call or do not answer, don't call me 2 seconds later. That means I don't want to or can't talk to you. I will NEVER even so much as consider one of your products ever again because you don't stop and harrass people.
MOST ANNOYING BUSINESS IN THE WORLD. When someone rejects your call there are a reason for it, either they are busy and can't talk or they don't want to talk to you. Don't redial immediately then. Goodness I can't even put my phone down before you call again, even worse is when you block their number, they just start harrassing you from another number. STOP CALLING ME!!!!
The staff is absolutely pathetic. 1. The cashiers barely greet you at the tills, they prefer to rather chat among themselves, you can see they don't want to be there. 2. The staff on the floor tries to walk over you. If you don't have to quickly get out of the way for them, they bump into you with boxes (to the face I might add). 3. The staff at the deli is almost never there and you need to wait forever to be assisted. I unfortunately need to frequent the store as it is the closest to my house and work. It really is a very unpleasant shopping experience everytime you step foot in there. I just want to be able to buy my groceries in a welcoming and relaxed environment.
Very irritating business. They keep on calling non-stop. After you decline their call they call back IMMEDIATELY, not even giving you enough time to put down the phone. Usually when someone declines a call it means they don't want to talk to you or can't talk this company takes it as a challenge. I have also told them multiple times I am not interested, I have blocked their number numerous times and I am registered on the DMASA do not call list, but still they keep calling without me giving my consent.
Most irritating business in the world. They call you on stop. They are in transgression of the POPI Act as well as I never gave them permission to call me or gave me my number. Where do you even get my personal details? PLEASE REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM YOUR SYSTEM AS I ASKED A YEAR AGO ALREADY!!!!
