This business has been harrassing me for days. I did not visit the website at all, they hacked my Facebook creating a survey to get personal information. I stated numerous times that I do NOT have a licence and do not plan on getting a car. I am legally blind in my left eye so I can't drive. Yet Israel, have been calling me day and night from different numbers, sending me emails and sending me WhatsApp's even though I have blocked him every time. Selling a car to an unlicensed person is ******* while calling someone who has blocked you is harrassment. Unless Israel wants to explain in court why he is continuing, he better stop.

We bought vehicle in July 2025. Mobilis Auto Cherry Kempton Park charged me already on my vehicle contract for mp registration and license disk. Plus we had to do roadworthy test again for R570. Now the Dealer Principal Amanda Louw don't want to give me back the R570. She said we got thr vehicle when it was still two months valid.NOBODY and not even the sales person Given told us aboutvthe two months roadworthy timeframe. Appart from this, I emailed Mobilis Auto my banking details? With the Invoice of R1310 and the R570 for Roadworthy. I am still waiting. What must I do nowwwww???!!! Francesca

Martin Jooste the sales manager and Sales agent Brain Tshabalala, These guys don't want to do my license and registration of the disc and plates yet I paid for it. They said I must drive without it or take a refund, how can I take a refund, the car was on finance, its the banks money, and they charging interest on it, if he refunds the cash amount, I'm still left with a loan that has interest for the next 5years... Please help get this sorted... Secondly They sold me a car with a oil change notification showing on dash, I've been begging them to help but they just not bothered

SHOCKING SERVICE... My Suzuki Espresso was due for an annual service on 21 February 2025. I phoned Mobilis Auto to book my car and was put through to a service Consultant by the name of Michelle Bardenhorst. Michelle informed me that they cannot service my vehicle until 3 March 2025 as they were fully booked. I then asked her if this would affect my warranty and her reply was "probably". She then proceeded to say that if I was concerned I must call Suzuki Boksburg which is totally out of my way. I then asked if I could speak to her Manager so he could clarify the warranty matter, and she informed me that "JP" would call me back. Well Im still waiting for that call!! My Son then called and spoke to Brandon (After three attempts and no call back) who then agreed to book my car in on 25 February 2025. After dropping my car off on 25 February 2025, I was then called by Michelle at around 14h30 to say that my vehicle was ready and I could collect it. When I came to collect my car, it was standing in a parking bay in front of the reception area, unwashed and dirty. I then went to the reception where not one staff member even bothered to greet me or get up from their desks while eating and talking to one another. When I asked as to why my vehicle had not been cleaned I was told " they do not know' A Manager of sorts, was then called to assist me and then unenthusiatically handed me over to a Gentleman called "Trevor" Incidentally it was Trevor's first day on the job and he was polite and tried his best to assist me. He did then arrange for my car to be washed, I did ask for my old parts to be returned to me so I could now validate that me vehicle was indeed serviced, and I was then told that my old parts could not be found in the bin. I then waited in the sitting area for my car to be washed. When it was eventually washed my keys were then handed back to me by Michelle without a single word or apology. I do understand that many people use this platform as an opportunity to "rant" but am truly hoping that this dealership takes my complaint seriously. My typed explanation of these events cannot do justice as to how the staff actually treated me. Completely unapologetic with no regard for me as a Customer or my concerns. I have always trusted Suzuki as a brand, and as a retired Women, paying for a vehicle service is something I really have to budget for. I now have no faith in their after sales service, and as much as this vehicle needs to last me for the rest of my retirement. I will never ever take my vehicle back to Mobilis Auto. I am not expecting any compensation and clearly no apology will be forthcoming. But I would like to caution any other potential Customer, to rather spend their hard earned money somewhere else.

Good day, My name is Mrs H.Ebrahim, I purchased vehicle white 2018 Toyota Yaris with from dealership Mobilis Auto Lab at 20 Nossob Street, Dalpark, Boksburg, Johannesburg on 02/03/2024. I permanently reside at in Emalahleni, Witbank, Mpumalanga and have never travelled out of Emalahleni, Mpumalanga & Pietermaritzburg, Kwa Zulu Natal with my vehicle. I have however recently been obtaining speeding fines on my name and my vehicle in Stellenbosch and Cape Town and I suspect my vehicle registration has been duplicated or cloned and I am still upto today receiving the fines on my name when it is not me or my vehicle. I have approached the dealer & they have advised they are still busy investigating the matter from the beginning of July upto today with little or no progress. I would like to please expedite this matter as a matter of utmost urgency as I cannot be held responsible or accountable for a vehicle I purchased from a dealer & then find out later, after I have it in my possession that my vehicle’s registration & details have been duplicated & cloned in another province. The vehicle is also still under finance with Absa. How is this possible ? The service from the dealer here also needs to be questioned.
