Worst of the worst service ever

If I could give -10 stars I would. We purchased my car from them last year and what a mess it was. My car was purchased in February and I could only get it in April last year. The engine light came on and they advised it is because it's a new turbo they will reset it with the next service. Take it for the service and Opel advised they can not do that unless they have the invoice etc for the turbo. Turns out it is a refurbished turbo and not new like they advised in writing. Take it back to them and they have had the car now for 2months and still being sent from pillar to post. The latest is they have had the car for 2 months not replacing the refurb turbo and rather just the solonoid valve that is apparently the problem now. They also waited 2 months to get the side mirror and beeding for the window. Have been promised the car since 31 March 2026 guess what still no car.
